Task
This project was initially a 3-page interface redesign. UNIQLO wasn’t too keen on doing a full redesign.

situation
I raised a concern about visual inconsistency and it’s possible effects for users to my project manager, they shared my concern and found it as important to do a full redesign instead.

Approach
My project manager and I discussed how we can show the value of a consistent design and decided to create a prototype.
The full redesigned user interface was presented through a visual journey from the users’ perspective: from Log In to Submission of the OOTD posts.
UNIQLO loved our approach to the presentation and proceeded with the development of the redesign.

outcome
The full feature redesign not only increased customer participation within the feature, but it allowed us to add value to our clients’ perspective by creating an experience that they appreciated.
